Conditions of Use

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p111" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at p111.bio, including all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an account on p111 and who accesses or uses any p111 service.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player to access p111 services, including the PKR wallet associated therewith.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's p111 account, representing funds deposited by the Player and winnings credited thereto.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a p111 promotional offer, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Gaming Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, arcade fishing games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products made available through p111.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the process by which p111 verifies the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Player.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests that p111 restrict their access to all gaming services for a defined or indefinite period.

By registering an account with p111, accessing the p111 platform, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including all policies incorporated by reference (including the p111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).
• You are acting on your own behalf as a natural person and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are accessing p111 voluntarily and for recreational entertainment purposes.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that p111 does not guarantee any particular outcome or financial return.
• You have not previously been excluded from p111 or any affiliated platform, and are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your access.

Acceptance of these Terms is a condition of access to all p111 services. p111 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain a p111 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of p111.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be registered, and have no pending registration, on any national gambling self-exclusion register that applies to online gaming.
• Not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of p111 or any of its technology, content, or payment partners.
• Have a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number for account registration and two-factor authentication purposes.

p111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one p111 account. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, mobile number, or payment method used. Where p111 identifies duplicate accounts operated by the same individual, p111 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts, retaining only the original registered account at p111's sole discretion.
• Void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity across all associated accounts.
• Withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of any suspected duplicate account activity.
• Permanently ban the individual from the p111 platform in cases of deliberate abuse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your p111 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify p111 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. p111 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including falsified date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

p111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is Pakistani Rupees 200 (Rs 200). p111 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which p111 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your p111 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or receiving deposits from a third party into your p111 account, is strictly prohibited. p111 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return deposited funds to the originating payment method where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

The minimum withdrawal amount from your p111 account is Pakistani Rupees 500 (Rs 500). p111 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, processing times and any charges applied by the receiving payment method are outside p111's control.

p111 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four hours of submission. Actual crediting of funds to your receiving payment method may take additional time depending on the payment provider. Withdrawals processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

p111 may require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation may include:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is being directed (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
• A selfie or live photograph for identity confirmation, where required by p111's compliance team.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your p111 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined without exception.

Only funds that constitute real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds and withdrawable winnings, excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds become withdrawable only upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements in full.

p111 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All p111 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only and are not transferable between accounts.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) which must be met in full before any portion of the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the particular offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• p111 specifies which games contribute to wagering requirements for each offer. Live dealer games and certain table game formats may carry reduced or zero contribution toward bonus wagering.
• p111 reserves the right to refuse, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus funds where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are not eligible for multiple bonus claims. p111 enforces strict bonus integrity protocols across all registered player accounts.

All games and betting markets available on p111 are governed by the specific rules published for each product within the p111 platform. These individual game rules form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between an individual game's rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and outcome determinations.

With respect to sports betting, p111 reserves the right to:

• Suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice where integrity concerns arise or where the outcome of an event becomes known prior to official settlement.
• Void any wager placed after an event has commenced where the wager was placed due to a technical delay in live odds feed updates.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual wager, any player, or any event at p111's sole discretion.
• Settle disputed markets in accordance with the published settlement rules for the relevant sport, with reference to official governing body rulings where applicable.

p111's live cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, One Day Internationals, and T20 series — are subject to the cricket-specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the p111 platform. In the event of a match being cancelled, abandoned, or reduced in overs, settlement shall follow the applicable sport rules as published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p111 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on p111, or assisting any third party in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access p111 services, place wagers, or interact with game interfaces.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an acknowledged software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with p111 personnel.
• Using the p111 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information to p111, including misrepresenting your age.
• Accessing the p111 platform while subject to any form of self-exclusion, including through a third-party self-exclusion scheme.
• Attempting to access another player's p111 account, or facilitating unauthorised access to your own account by a third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to conceal your actual geographic location or identity while using p111.

p111 provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings section without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that may be lost in net gaming activity over defined time periods.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for gaming but you may withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from p111. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon confirmation and remain in effect for the minimum duration requested, with no facility for early reinstatement.

p111's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the p111 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at p111.bio/privacy-policy. By using p111 services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

p111 collects personal information for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, marketing (where consent has been given), fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. p111 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data sharing with service providers and regulatory authorities occurs only to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of p111's legal and licensing obligations.

All content on the p111 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials — is the proprietary property of p111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use p111's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any p111 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the p111 platform.
• Use p111's branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or embed any portion of the p111 platform on any third-party website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p111's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of p111 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their p111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p111 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use p111 services.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions in service caused by internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable account security measures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

p111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where p111 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal conduct.
• The Player is operating under a self-exclusion arrangement and has accessed p111 in breach thereof.
• p111 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or by operation of its licensing obligations.
• The Player has made repeated, unfounded complaints or engaged in abusive conduct toward p111 support personnel.

Upon account closure, p111 will return any remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction that no withdrawal restrictions apply. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their p111 account may do so by contacting the p111 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under p111's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of p111 services, shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under p111's licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, wager, or transaction, Players must submit a formal complaint to p111 through the following process:

• Submit a written complaint to the p111 support team via live chat or by email, describing the issue in detail and including relevant account information, dates, and transaction references.
• p111 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• If the Player is not satisfied with p111's response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under p111's licensing authority.

p111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and by prominent notice on the p111 platform, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of p111 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of p111 services and may close your account as provided in Section 14 above.

The version date and version number at the top of this document will be updated with each substantive revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
